WHO WE ARE

Blume is designed by florists, for florists. We provide a digital platform for quoting, ordering, business management, and operations, tailored to the needs of wedding and event florists.

ELIGIBILITY

To use Blume, you must be:

• At least 18 years old

• Able to enter into a legally binding contract

• Using the Service for a registered business or in a professional capacity​

USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to share your login credentials or use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

Blume operates on a subscription model.

• Pricing and billing frequency will be displayed at the point of subscription.

• All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

• No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle, unless required by law.

PRIVACY

We take privacy seriously. By using Blume, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

You retain ownership of all client and floral data that you input. We will never sell your data.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, code, features, and trademarks associated with Blume are the property of Floralpro 2025 Ltd and are protected under New Zealand and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform or its contents.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Attempt to access areas of the Service you are not authorized to use

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Misuse the Service

• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available or error-free

• Data loss will never occur (although we back up data regularly)

• The Service will meet every specific business requirement
